Title: Regional Director of Operations
Supervisor: Vice President of Clinical and Program Operations
Summary of Job Description:
Oversight of all regionally assigned programs and facilities to ensure operational process compliance with all state/county regulations, credentialing, and contract requirements in support of quality service delivery at each program location. Ensure the implementation and achievement of each products targeted model, established outcomes with oversite of all key performance indicators. Supervision of all product and program management. Completion of all required documentation and reports as well as participation in all meetings or projects as requested.
Specific Responsibilities:
Program and Facility Oversight
- Direct Supervision and oversight of Program Directors in your region to ensure implementation of operational processes, achieve an elevated level of quality, efficiency and productivity that maintains compliance within established policies, budgets, licensing/credentialing, and accreditation best practice standards.
- Ensure all programs are following the product model as designed (including staffing, training, scheduling, and PTO coverage)
- Ensure that each program offers contract required programming elements weekly as well as sufficient documented service delivery to each member.
- Ensure all programs, directors and employees are achieving established target KPI’s and compliance scores through documented supervisions and quality reviews with evidence of identified barriers and implementation of corrective actions to improve if scores when not achieved.
- Ensure documented monitoring and evaluation of each member’s services as well as all program outcomes occurs monthly to facilitate positive achievement of all individual and program goals and objectives.
- Ensure program compliance with established budget and completion of program monthly expense tracker.
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and admissions teams to support census development and management.
- Ensure new employee orientation & training is sufficient to provide quality services for all members and completed within the established timeframes.
- Oversee the hiring, orienting, training, and ongoing supervision of Program Directors in your assigned region.
- Facility and Vehicle Oversight
- Collaborate with PD to ensure program facilities cleanliness, maintenance, and safety requirements are following company standards.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with all property management where the company programs are located.
- Collaborate with PD to ensure all program vehicle maintenance and safety requirements are following company standards.
- Establish vendors, maintain contracts, and invoice records for all services needed to support the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of the program properties and vehicles.
- Ensure all inspection/checklist documents are completed with documented evidence of timely and sufficient corrective action implementation as required.
- Customer Relations and Development
- Oversee and manage all customer relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to include state, MCO and regulatory representatives.
- Partner with the Outreach and Admissions Department to provide information and presentations on services and programs within your region.
- Participation in local, state, and national meetings, conferences, and training sessions to support the expansion and growth of the company.
- Network with local and state level stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and opportunities for program and service expansion possibilities.
- Project Lead for all new program launches including facility, program development and staff recruitment hiring and training within your assigned region.
- Corporate Collaboration
- Collaborate and ensure active communication is occurring with all corporate and local departments.
- Maintain collaboration with all clinical department staff to ensure member treatment interventions and supports are documented and implemented as defined.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of authorizations and billing documentation as required, while maintaining ongoing communication with the billing department.
- Facilitate and/or participate in all corporate and local level meetings as necessary to ensure proper operational communication and oversight.
- Participate in the development or review of all policies, procedures, and processes to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of the product.
- Support the training and implementation of new processes and procedures at the program level.
- Facilitate weekly multi-department sync-up meeting.
- Complete a written annual review of each product by state and region with established goals and outcomes each year.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years supervisory experience in a MH/BH/health care setting or master’s degree in a human service-related field with two years supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and deliver process-driven programming and deliverables across multiple settings and service types.
- Ability to lead and supervise staff at various levels.
- Ability to travel to multiple states and sites up to 25% of your time.
- Willingness and ability to be flexible and grow with an expanding company.
