Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of managers and staff across various locations
- Provide leadership and guidance to achieve company objectives
- Oversee profit loss and budget management for the region

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed regional targets
- Manage projects from inception to completion

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a regional management role with a track record of success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
