This position requires a Colorado Real Estate License (or the ability to get one within 6 mos of hire date) and a minimum of 2 years of experience as Property Manager for Single-Family Homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Plan to spend 80% of your week working in the field.
COMPENSATION
$55,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience; plus mileage
