Regional Property Operations Manager manages the day-to-day operations for a property or portfolio of properties. Responsible for coordinating routine and emergency maintenance, selecting and managing contractors, and leading property improvement projects. Being a Regional Property Operations Manager develops financial and business plans for profitable property ownership. Oversees budgets, lease administration, and tenant service delivery. Additionally, Regional Property Operations Manager may initiate or assist with the buying and selling properties in the portfolio. Requires a bachelor's degree.   • Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate administration, property management, and customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    - Assist the Director in all aspects of property management, including office tasks, customer relations, and handling delinquent accounts.

    - Ensure all required documents are completed accurately for move in(s).

    - Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions

    - Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise

    - Handle daily communications with resident(s)

    - Contact past due accounts, maintain records on communication, assist with filing evictions.

    - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports

    Experience:

    - Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred

    - Knowledge of property leasing procedures and regulations

    - Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    - Familiarity with property management software such as Appfolio or Buildium is a plus

    - Excellent communication and customer service skills

    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    - Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities
