Job Description: As a Regional Property Manager at HōM Flats you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the institutional management and professional upkeep of our residential communities across your designated region. You will play a key role in driving business growth, maintaining Resident relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional company objectives.
2. Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to multiple teams, including Leasing, Maintenance, and Housekeeping. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team performance and morale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and improve existing processes.
3. Policy Enforcement: Implement and uphold property policies and procedures to sustain a secure, visually appealing, and compliant environment, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and company protocols. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
4. Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with residents, partners and vendors.
5. Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
6. Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance and budgetary compliance, overseeing multiple sites and present regular reports and updates to senior management on regional performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property management or related field, preferably in a regional or multi-site setting.
2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
3. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
