Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all maintenance technicians, manage maintenance requests, conduct city/borough codes inspections, schedule maintenance staff, coordinate with third-party vendors, and assist in tracking billable labor hours for the finance department.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Requests: Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
2. City/Borough Codes Inspections: Conduct inspections with housing codes officials to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations, coordinating necessary corrective actions.
3. Scheduling with Tenants: Communicate with tenants to schedule maintenance appointments, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily lives.
4. Scheduling Maintenance Staff: Efficiently schedule and manage maintenance staff, optimizing productivity and response times.
5. Coordinating with Third-Party Vendors: Collaborate with external vendors for specialized services, ensuring quality work and adherence to deadlines.
6. Assisting with Billable Labor Hours: Use Timeero and Google Docs to accurately track and report billable labor hours. Work with Finance department for any receipts or questions on hours.
