    We are seeking the right person to assist with our Lincoln, Nebraska facilities. HomeBase Storage has several locations in the Southeast Nebraska area. You will be part of a team focused on providing high level service to new and existing customers. We are looking for a responsible, creative, self-starter willing to take charge of day-to-day operations at our self-storage facilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide a high level of service assisting new and existing customers with their storage needs.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more facilities.
    • Ensure facilities meet cleanliness standards through general cleaning duties.
    • Ensure facilities are maintained through general maintenance duties.
    • Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members in other locations.
    • Run errands for the facility and travel to other locations.
    • Guide new customers through rental processes.
    • Develop customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing solutions.
    • Post payments and process deposits.

    Qualifications

    • Experience driving zero turn lawn mower required.
    • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently without assistance.
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
    • Intermediate computer skills.
    • Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
    • Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Willingness to work outside maintaining facilities and grounds.
    • Maintenance experience preferred.
    • Custodial experience preferred.
    • Customer service experience preferred.
    • Supervisory experience helpful, but not required.
