Regional Property Operations Manager jobs in New Bedford, MA

Expanding company specializing in landscaping, landscape construction, light duty construction projects, painting, carpentry, hardscape jobs and patios, home watch services and other maintenance specialist tasks.

** Attention to detail, reliability, customer service and safety are the most important parts of this position. Remote work required in addition to meeting with clients, employees and owner in person.

- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with clients (phone, email & in person)

- Sales experience in understanding bidding, closing, and communicating timelines & follow up with clients

- Assist with scheduling work & timelines

- Ability to communicate, delegate and manage employee schedules

- Assist with billing, invoicing & bookkeeping tasks

- Answer business line phone and collect pertinent information from clients

- Ability to work independently (remote work & local travel required)

- Ability to lift and move 50lbs

- Pay scale dependent on experience.

** Reliable transportation required, valid license and clean driving record to operate company vehicles.

** Drug and background screening are a requirement of this job and eligibility to work in the United States

** Flexible schedule and great opportunity for someone looking to work full time or part time. Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm with occasional weekend, storm coverage and on call portions.

Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience with the opportunity for bonus pay and merit based pay increases. Paid time off, flexible scheduling, and remote work.
