Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail or sales
Two or more years experience in property management or shopping center industry preferred.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with a diversity of people.
Possess good computer skills and leadership ability.
A sound operational background which includes a knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems and construction is required.
Physical requirements of the job include walking, climbing, lifting, driving and operating machinery.
The percentage of time spent on each job function varies daily subject to property demands or seasonality.
