Primary Goal:
Providing an excellent customer experience by following the three pillars of a great restaurant CLEANLINESS-FRIENDLINESS-QUALITY FOOD
The right candidate will be friendly, customer focused, honest and a self-starter. Will train the right person but some restaurant experience or management experience preferred.
The assistant manager is second in command of an A&W restaurant and main duty is helping the GM in the day to day operations of the restaurant.
Skills and qualification:
Duties include:
Training
Dealing with guest
Making sure A&W standards are being met
Supervising staff and keeping everyone on task
Making sure the store is stocked and prepared for business
Making sure everyone is doing things in the proper manner
The restaurant is clean and always looking sharp
Assisting the GM in the proper running of the restaurant
Hours:
Managers will work a variety of shifts opening, afternoons, closing and weekends. (Weekends are usually alternated between managers).
This position will require a person to work long hours mostly on their feet. 40-50 hours a week
