Regional Restaurant Manager is responsible for overall operations of a group of restaurants in an assigned geographic region. Recruits and trains managers for each facility within the region. Being a Regional Restaurant Manager designs high volume sales plans for individual units. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Regional Restaurant Manager typically reports to a top management. The Regional Restaurant Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Regional Restaurant Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for top notch service and warm hospitality.  Focus on leading the team to provide great guest experiences that complement our well curated food and beverage programs is essential. Creating welcoming, memorable, hospitality driven experiences to our guests is our priority.

    General Manager Responsibilities:

    • Lead & manage staff, including hiring/onboarding, training, scheduling, terminations.
    • Work with the Director of Operations, AGM, Chef, Sous, Floor Manager, and Social Media Manager.
    • Lead with a commitment to hospitality and customer service.
    • Oversee cost of goods for food & beverage, working with culinary and beverage teams. 
    • Oversee labor and scheduling needs.
    • Maintain relationships with our vendors and representatives.
    • Uphold group policies and procedures.
    • Daily financial review.
    • Arranging equipment repairs and purchases, property maintenance and cleanliness. 
    • Weekly manager meetings.

    This position requires:

    • Two years of Restaurant Manager experience in a high volume restaurant or bar.
    • Basset Certification, within 30 days of hire
    • Chicago Food Manager Certification, within 30 days of hire
    • Financial literacy to handle day-to-day banking and cash handling.
    • Night and Weekend availability.

    Schedule & Benefits:

    • The Restaurant Manager is scheduled 50 hours a week.  This consists of admin time, managing services, closing the restaurant, and meetings.
    • 2 weeks of Paid Time Off
    • Paid Sick Leave
    • Several BCBS PPO Health Plan options with Employer contribution will be available after 90 days.
