    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a Front Desk Hourly Manager to oversee the operations and staff of our front desk area. This individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency in guest check-ins and check-outs. The Front Desk Hourly Manager will also handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby.


    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
    • Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient in computer systems and software, including hotel management software
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes
    • Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate records, including guest accounts and reservation details
    • Assist in the development and implementation of front desk policies and procedures
    • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for front desk operations
    • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to front desk operations
