The Regional People Business Partner provides general HR support our Moe’s Southwest Grill and our Sonic Drive-In restaurants throughout Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Maryland and District of Columbia. This is a remote position, based out of the Jacksonville, Florida or Orlando, Florida area with travel estimated at 50%. This position reports to the VP of People Resources & Risk.

Professional Experience:
· 7 years Human Resources Management experience is required
· 5 years serving as a business partner or generalist is required.
· Restaurant experience, or knowledge of restaurant operations is required.
