Regional Retail Banking President directs all facets of operations for a group of retail branch offices in a designated geographic area. Defines sales and service initiatives for the region. Being a Regional Retail Banking President develops objectives and measurement standards and monitors each branch's performance. Ensures that branch administration teams conduct operations and provide the service and product offerings that meet the needs of customers in that region. Additionally, Regional Retail Banking President may have responsibility for additional retail products such as small business and consumer lending. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Retail Banking President manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     This is your chance to impact the sales effort at a company quickly accelerating toward billion-dollar success. In your role as Regional Vice President, Client Sales - East. You will generate your income through selling New Business into an existing group of Enterprise clients. You will regularly engage with existing clients to Identify opportunities to upsell additional products/services. You will keep clients informed about new developments, features, and offerings from Teladoc that may benefit their employees. Most importantly this is a growth role where you will act as a liaison between Teladoc and a select group of Enterprise clients. Through the Teladoc platform you’ll help our clients reduce costs and improve outcomes for health plan members with chronic and behavioral conditions.

You will live in the Northeast part of the United States. Approximately 80% travel will be required in the beginning as you build relationships and scale down to 50% from there.

    Responsibilities

    • Grow Teladoc Health’s existing relationship with enterprise clients headquartered in the NE
    • Build strategic relationships within your account base, across a matrix of roles and areas of expertise, including executive-level personnel
    • Expand Teladoc Health’s reach within your account base, driving revenue growth, product expansion and market development
    • Increase Teladoc Health market share by prospecting and identifying new opportunities within your account base
    • Develop quarterly reports that enable you to use data to construct a powerful story that defines Teladoc Health’s value proposition, for presentation to executive-level clients
    • Develop an operating calendar, detailed account plan/forecast and account planning/mapping process
    • Work closely with internal partners – including product, clinical, data science, implementation, reporting, legal and finance personnel – to deliver on Teladoc Health’s side of the strategic roadmap
    • Maximize, drive and achieve revenue and margin goals while staying within the allocated budget
    • Manage and deliver on issue resolution and customer satisfaction within your account base
    • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer’s needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products and technologies
    • Results oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful team player at ease in a dynamic collaborative environment
    • Able to interact well with internal associates at all levels and across multiple lines of business

    Candidate Profile

    Those qualification needed such as certification, training, experience, or knowledge skills

    • 10 years’ experience in a business-to-business selling environment with regulated medical products, technology or healthcare
    • Experience with Complex Sales and Negotiations
    • Documented track record of successfully selling into Enterprise/Jumbo Employers
    • A demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota
    • Skilled delivery of engaging, compelling sales and product presentations, in small and large group settings
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse communicating with senior leadership teams
    • Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration
    • Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation and closing skills
    • The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
    • A results-oriented approach and take-charge attitude
    • Enthusiasm for business travel
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline

    The base salary range for this position is $155,000.00 – $165,000.00. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
