This role will:

• Be responsible for the profitability and operations of a group of branches and branch managers including the management, solicitation, and development of all types of lending, sales and service activities within a specified region.
• Set goals, including budgets and production goals.
• Ensure budgets are met and focuses on revenue generation and expense control.
• Create strategic market plans for each geographic market within the region.
• Be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of those directions.
• Be responsible for community development and relations.
• Prepare, monitor and track area reports.
• Guide, manage, and direct the activities of subordinates, including functions of assigned area.
• Analyze and organize area operations and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluates area production.
• Revise or create procedures to improve efficiency of Region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or a related field and 6 years in the banking industry, lending and/or finance or other directly related experience.
• Management experience required. 
• Motivational, budgeting and project management experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of banking, lending, revenue generation, cost control, banking products, services, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Strong management, judgment, community development and public relations skills required.
• Ability to resolve problems and manage budgets.
• Requires a considerable working knowledge of other related fields and the ability to apply that information to current role.
