RVP Summary:
The Regional Vice President is the general manager of the Mid-Atlantic region (offices in Reading, PA, Princeton, NJ and Westminster, MD) and has full responsibility for the region’s performance, as measured by revenue growth, EBITDA growth and margin, client retention, and employee happiness.
RVP Responsibilities:
As the leader of the region, you must be a highly effective and mature business leader, capable of extensive collaboration with the team and clients, as well as employee development. The RVP will have responsibility for developing our presence in the region and upholding CompassMSP Mission, Vision, and Values with all teammates, leaders, and clients. A successful RVP will be responsible for:
- Understanding market and brand relevance in the Princeton, New Jersey region
- Manage the growth of revenue, with particular emphasis on recurring monthly revenue
- Collaborate actively with Business Development, CTO/CIO, and other team members to drive revenue growth in their region
- Maintaining a high-performance culture and operation in the region, including attracting, hiring, developing, and motivating staff to accomplish goals and objectives
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with new and existing clients as measured by client satisfaction and retention
- Strengthening interpersonal relationships with clients in order to maintain awareness of clients’ perceptions and activity in our market
- Facilitating the successful resolution of operational customer satisfaction issues, consistent with our commitment to operational excellence; client satisfaction and reference ability is paramount
- Partnering with all departments within CompassMSP to ensure delivery of best-in-class services to a growing set of clients-striving to enhance the value of our services, improve client relationships, and seek ways to further expand service offerings to meet client needs

- 10 years executive leadership experience in related industry.
