Regional Retail Banking President directs all facets of operations for a group of retail branch offices in a designated geographic area. Defines sales and service initiatives for the region. Being a Regional Retail Banking President develops objectives and measurement standards and monitors each branch's performance. Ensures that branch administration teams conduct operations and provide the service and product offerings that meet the needs of customers in that region. Additionally, Regional Retail Banking President may have responsibility for additional retail products such as small business and consumer lending. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Retail Banking President manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. POSITION SUMMARY
Progress in your commercial banking career by originating and servicing a profitable portfolio of commercial loans and treasury management services that consistently delivers the Landmark National Bank promise that Everyone starts as a customer and leaves as a friend. Model exceptional customer service and develop an understanding of all commercial banking products and services valuable to business owners. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Represents a positive bank image through community engagement. Accountable for responsive, compliant, and confidential delivery of service to customers. Responsible for the profitability, growth and risk management of an existing loan portfolio. Works closely with team, other bank divisions, and bank leadership to develop, monitor, and achieve branch and regional goals.
In this position, 70 to 80% of an applicant’s performance will be measured on emphasis and outcomes related to portfolio management, with the remaining balance of performance based on business development, continuing education/training, leadership/community involvement or other special projects as assigned.
