SUMMARY
Working independently, the Regional Loss Prevention Leader minimizes the financial losses related to theft in GameStop’s retail operation. The Regional Loss Prevention Leader works closely and consultatively with Human Resources and Store Operations leaders to manage proactive programs of deterrence that include regular audits, training, and incident investigations. The principal business outcome for this position is to improve profitability by developing and implementing loss prevention programs. Associates in this position may interact with a supervisor as needed by either. Most activities are completed without a supervisor’s advance approval.
