Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager manages a team of loss prevention staff that monitors premises to reduce losses due to theft and fraud. Responsible for safeguarding company assets in a defined geographic region. Being a Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager uses employee training and audits to prevent merchandise loss; investigates known losses and coordinates with police on theft prosecution. Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous loss prevention or related experience preferred.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred.
