Regional Retail Sales Manager jobs in Elyria, OH

Lakeside Cabins is a family owned company with our headquarters based right here in Shiloh Ohio. Lakeside has grown exponentially and we are looking to expand our team! Because of this rapid growth, we are currently focused on finding a strong Regional Manager that would focus on growing and developing a market and Sales Representatives in Ohio.

This individual will be responsible for finding, developing, and closing new business within a defined geographic territory.

Through a consultative sales process, an emphasis is placed on identifying and converting sales targets, including detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activates, including sales management, CRM, and closing business.

• Experience with an established sales process
• Demonstrated track record in closing new business and exceeding sales targets
• Proven ability to push past objections to achieve results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• This is a commission based job. We pay out 10% on all Booked Orders bi weekly.
• You would also be paid a percentage on your entire market as an override.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed
