ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including prospecting and building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business expansion and product enhancement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as a trusted advisor, and proactively addressing their needs.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, providing insights into regional performance and opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Trac-Rite at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and build networks within the industry.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents in English. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and other employees. Ability to effectively present information to employees of the organization including top management as well as public groups, and/or boards of directors.
