Assistant Manager Trainee is responsible for assisting management with overall store (restaurant) conditions and operations, in order to maximize customer experience and store profitability. The Assistant Manager is generally scheduled to work separate shifts/days from the Gen/Store Manager, with the exception of a day a week. Manage the store in the absence of the General Manager, and is expected to defer and refer to the Gen/Store Manager or Area Manager in matters of significance.
