Regional Retail Store Construction Manager oversees and directs retail store construction projects within a specified region. Visits construction sites, inspects the work of contractors, resolves issues, and orders store fixtures and/or furnishings. Being a Regional Retail Store Construction Manager coordinates and supervises construction workers and subcontractors and maintains quality control procedures. May require a bachelor's degree. The Store closing Supervisor is responsible for the store's operations to ensure a positive store experience for all employees and customers. This includes supervising employees, maintaining accurate records and store operation when the store manager is not available.
The Store Supervisor will also be responsible for communicating effectively with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience. This includes providing product advice and responding to customer questions about products.
Other duties may include but are not limited to: general office duties, cash management, stocking, directing employees, cleaning duties when needed.
