Regional Retail Store Construction Manager oversees and directs retail store construction projects within a specified region. Job Summary: The Regional Manager controls all operational, sales and administrative functions of the office, yard and field. Leads towards achieving company goals; implements and enforces company procedures and policies. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and ordinances.
Essential Functions: 1) Directly supervises employees in the most efficient means to complete tasks. 2) Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and motivating employees. 3) Build morale and a team approach to work processes. 4) Coaching, disciplining, and resolving issues. 5) Ensures safe and efficient operations including staff, servicing of customers, tools and equipment. 6) Supervises operational functions related to the servicing, operating, and handling of tools and equipment. 7) Accurate documentation of all transactions using the most updated tools and systems. 8) Track current and maintain inventory levels. 9) Commitment to excellent internal and external customer service. 10) Supervises administrative functions and ensures accuracy of internal and external documents. 11) Approves payroll, maintains records in compliance with company policy and applicable legal requirement. 12) Directly responsible for company assets and materials; records and controls usage, repair and disposition. 13) Directs employees in the most efficient means to complete tasks; controls and directs the training of employees in compliance with company policy and maintains accurate training records. 14) Maintain clean and safe work area including OSHA and DOT compliances. 15) Analyze P&L and identify opportunities to increase sales or improve profitability; develop and implement plans to achieve results. 16) Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position supervises assigned staff, which could include Dispatcher, Human Resources/Payroll, Collections, and Sales (CSR,). Indirectly supervises remaining assigned regional staff.

Education and/or Experience: College degree in Business Management and 3 to 5 year’s related experience, or 7 to 10 years combination of college and management experience.
Skills and Abilities: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows. Ability to be tactful, discrete and persuasive. Assignments require general leadership guidance in planning and scheduling work. Computer skills: Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.Work with mathematical concepts such as probability, percentages and statistics. Define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Licenses/Certificates/Registrations:Must have a valid driver’s license with a Motor Vehicle Record within company guidelines. Because this position may be required to drive a company vehicle, incumbent must be at least 21 years old.
Travel Requirements: Up to 35%.
