Regional Retail Store Construction Manager oversees and directs retail store construction projects within a specified region. Visits construction sites, inspects the work of contractors, resolves issues, and orders store fixtures and/or furnishings. Being a Regional Retail Store Construction Manager coordinates and supervises construction workers and subcontractors and maintains quality control procedures. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Retail Store Construction Manager typically reports to Retail Store Construction Director. The Regional Retail Store Construction Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Day In the Life of a Project Manager

    Are you energized by seeing a project from start to finish? Does brainstorming and collaborating new, outside-the-box ideas excite you? Do you enjoy building relationships with contractors while maintaining an efficient project schedule? Yes? Great! You'll fit right in.

    We would count on you to support our team with:

    • Demonstrate and maintain clear, effective communication with owners, architects, partners, teammates.
    • Timely action. Ensure appropriate documentation and timely tasks with RFIs, submittal, cost change, schedule changes, meetings, etc.
    • Understand our client and all project requirements: develop and distribute construction schedule, plan for coordination of MEP and BIM. Coordinate with accounting, design, and estimating teams.
    • Cost and expediting. Write subcontracts and purchase orders. Ensure costs and expediting schedules are updated, monitor cost changes, and continuous outside-the-box thinking to initiate solutions and alternatives.
    • Close out and commissioning. Attain the zero-punch list goal. Keep accurate record, prepare, deliver, and hand-off close out materials to owner prior to occupancy.
    • Brand ambassador. Granger has earned a positive reputation in the construction industry. Our teammates illustrate our values in each conversation and interaction: trust, honesty, fairness, integrity, compassion, and appreciation for the team contribution.
