Summary/Objective:
The project manager works to oversee all aspects of construction projects from gathering bid information, working with the superintendent/subcontractors on project status, to turning over the project to the customer. Project managers also work with the customer to provide outstanding service by educating, communicating, and guiding them through the construction process.
The base compensation range for this role is $80,000-$120,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skill, and experience.
