Regional Sales Manager manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region. Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district. Being a Regional Sales Manager designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. Additionally, Regional Sales Manager collects relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share. Summary
The Regional Sales Consultant is responsible for providing the highest level of sales and service in their defined territory and industry segment. Consultants promote and sell Signode’s high-performance packaging system used in multiple industries to support the needs of the customer. This position is based in the Dallas/Houston region. Account size will range from $8-10 million in sales volume.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 4-6 years outside consultative sales experience, industrial sales experience preferred. Must live in the assigned territory; travel overnight – up to 65%.
