As a Regional Sales Manager- Traffic Solutions (Preformed thermoplastic group), you will develop the Midwestern Region (Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota) through outreach of our value proposition, strategy, and long-term market penetration plan for the Traffic Solutions business segment. You are crafting awareness of our products and services and building relationships with all main facilitators, influencers and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
*Develop long-term relationships with the architectural and engineering community and key main state and local municipalities and related trade organizations.
*Work with state and local DOT agencies in gaining new approvals of our preformed thermoplastic business and sold through contractors in the region.
*Expand the regional sales pipeline while coordinating activities with the regional qualified and certified contractors. Provide monthly, accurate forecasting of preformed thermoplastic through the demand planning process.
*Provide product demos with local municipalities and states working with the decorative certified applicators to help build sales with our customers.
*Provide outstanding customer service handling questions, orders, requests for quotation and project jobsite consulting.
*Inform the customer base of industry and product developments.
Qualifications
*Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, plus five (5) or more years of materials sales experience, preferably with paint/coatings or thermoplastic expertise.
*Track record to developing long term, high value projects with multiple influencers and decision makers.
*Track and maintain records using CRM software.
*Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the territory with a focus on major metropolitan areas.
*Living in the states mentioned above.
