Premier Building Systems is seeking a Director of Regional Sales for their R-Shield brand of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) products. R-Shield is passionate about cultivating meaningful connections with talented professionals across the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector, as well as within wholesale and retail outlets. Our ideal candidate will embody collaboration, creativity, and purpose-driven initiative...they get stuff done. This person is fueled by a clear sense of passion and motivation to tackle each day with enthusiasm. This person conducts product knowledge sessions for architects, engineers and resellers, nurtures relationships, and manages resources efficiently. They expand their influence and reach by forging new partnerships with wholesalers and retailers and grasp complex concepts and articulate them in a clear straightforward manner.
We are looking for a candidate who lives in the territory served and near a major market center. Someone in the Bozeman, MT area is preferred. The position will require a moderate amount of travel throughout the Northwest but primarily in Montana.

Qualifications
We seek an individual who demonstrates:
· A proven track record in consultative sales
· Exceptional relationship-management skills and comfort with the process
· An understanding of basic practices in the construction and design industry
· Demonstrated ability to create and maintain long-term, professional relationships with distributors, designers, retailers, and contractors.
· Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and CRM software
