• Maintain all company transactions and payroll in Sage 50 Accounting software
• Monitor and answer all company emails.
• Transfer all data from paper sales and paper payables to accounting software.
• Assist customers with sales
• Assist customers with credit applications and file all proper paperwork for funds
• Balance daily and make bank deposits
• Daily manage and reconcile all buisness bank and floor plan accounts.
• Prepare documents and reports for insurance and audits
• Monitor and prepare monthly statements to customers.
• Answer all incoming calls on multi line phone system.
• Create and manage timesheets for employees
• Process empoyee payroll
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll tax reports and payments
• IT for sales employees
• Complete and process all new hire documents
• Manage company IRA account and payments
• Arrange trailer shipments
• Responsible for receivable and payable accounts
• Manage advertising websites by creating new inventory ads and deleting sold units on multiple websites
• Responsible for all lien and titlework processing
• Complete booking for travel
• Keep offices stocked with supplies
• Assist in goverment entity sales
• Provide administrative and technical support to other managers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
