Regional Sales Manager manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region. Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district. Being a Regional Sales Manager designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. Additionally, Regional Sales Manager collects relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share. May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Regional Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Regional Sales Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Regional Manager. 

      

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

    • Report directly to the Associate Director of Regional Management along with working closely with leadership: Director of Regional Management, Executive Vice President of Sales and the CSO.
    • Create strong win/win relationships with all Regional Managers, All leadership and all other departments.
    • Oversee & manage all PNW region team members.
    • Work with Brand Advocates to communicate tasks and objectives to the team for all contracted brands.
    • Oversee, mentor & train team members to be compliant and effective in their positions.
    • Participate in trade shows and special events as necessary.
    • Develop positive and trusting relationships with all Green Spoon principals.
    • Be as knowledgeable as the principals about their product lines.
    • Have a strong knowledge of the Natural Retailers in the region to provide direction and strategies for success for each principal.
    • Collaborate with Green Spoon leadership team to think of ways to continuously improve ourselves, our service to our principals, and the well-being of our team members. 
    • Daily Support of the entire PNW team. 


    Measurable Objectives:

    • Managing progress on all National and Regional goals pertaining to the PNW region
    • Manage the Development and Growth of all Territory Managers within the region
    • Maintain and Submit all required Regional Reporting
      • Have standing one on one calls to check in with all team members
      • Participate in all Green Spoon Regional Management Calls
      • Keep an eye on the communication streams and jump in when team needs help or has questions or to communicate Urgent items. 

      Requirements: 

      • Self-motivated 
      • Quick response time 
      • Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills  
      • Exceptional attention to detail   
      • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Teams & Zoom 
      • Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment 
      • Interest in organic food and products 
      • Must own a smartphone and computer to perform duties 
      • Green Spoon supplies Microsoft Office Suite 
      • Natural food and grocery experience required
