Regional Sales Manager manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region. Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district. Being a Regional Sales Manager designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. Additionally, Regional Sales Manager collects relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share. May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Regional Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Our Regional Account Manager role has a base salary range of $65 to $70K per year based on experience, plus bonus potential, a company car and a comprehensive benefits package

    The Regional Account Manager role is responsible for working closely with our franchise & corporate location network to help support them in their sales strategies to maximize revenue while providing a high level of customer service. In addition, the Account Manager is responsible for working with various insurance partners, to address any day to day management of the account and develop new relationships with prospective Insurers and Fleet companies. The Account Manager is the critical link between the insurance partners /strategic customer and The Fix Network.


    Job Duties

    • Sales
    • Build and secure new account and existing relationships with key decision makers through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations to maintain/grow the existing account base and expand our market share and revenue percentages.
    • Develop and implement programs with Insurance, Fleet, and corporate accounts.
    • Work with, train and motivate SPD’s, employees, and Strategic Partners to understand and support the Fix Network Sales Plan.
    • Prospect, qualify and generate strong leads.
    • Update CRM with account details.
    • Interpret information in both fact finding and during needs assessment meetings.
    • Understand and provide solutions to customers who fit within the market and scope
    • Negotiate and involve all necessary parties (KAM, Operations, etc.).
    • Determine pricing parameters, strategies and prepare appropriate proposals.
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by:
    • Making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads
    • Acting to close deals and finalize contracts
    • Attend and support industry and company events and functions.
    • Meeting established KPIs
    • Work with KAM on large and nation-wide accounts when appropriate

    Sales Support

    • Contribute to the strategic direction of Fix Network and implement the department vision and long-term strategies.
    • Consult and partner with region manager on new and existing accounts and partner with our TAG Network team.
    • Provide leadership that: promotes interpersonal trust; encourages productivity and responsiveness for growth and department direction.
    • Develop networks and build partnerships with senior/executive management; collaborate with other departments; serve as a consultant to business partners; and find common ground among the diverse interests of employees and business partners.
    • Communicate with Senior Management on Sales initiative, strategies, direction of program, products, and services.
    • Guidelines updates on FN Hub through operation & communication to Strategic partners.
    • Visible leadership within the shops to understand market trends and challenges.

    Customer Service

    • Respond in a timely manner to the needs of the client while maintaining a high standard of quality.
    • Maintain confidentiality of records, files, and correspondences.
    • Strive to continually improve the services and products of the organization; evaluate the organization’s practices to identify ways to operate more effectively and efficiency and address underlying customer needs.
    • Identify and develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers that are built on trust and integrity. Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
    • Determine the most appropriate format and communication vehicle for delivering information to maximize audience understanding of both the message and its intent.
    • Maintain clear focus on customer satisfaction while being fiscally responsible and make smart business decisions.
    • Act when needed to meet the expectation of the customer and solicit feedback to improve service.

    Miscellaneous

    • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
    • Organize and present information, views, and concepts in a concise, understandable, and interesting format for a variety of audiences.
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or equivalent
    • Experience in account management in the glass and/or collision Industry.
    • High level of initiative, dependability, and self-motivation
    • Results oriented, resourceful
    • Sales experience with demonstrated negotiation and marketing skills
    • Ability to use long term perspective, acts as a trusted advisor
    • Demonstrates attention to detail
    • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service
    • Outstanding communication & presentation skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and various social media platforms
    • Ability to multi-task and manage a tight schedule
    • Valid Driver’s license in good standing
