- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program requirements
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as file management and record keeping
- Experience in facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
- Proficiency in using property management software
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field, preferred.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in property management.
-Extensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
-Excellent organization and planning skills.
-Proficient in computer software applications.
-Travel required 60% of the time.
