Regional Support Manager jobs in Kingsport, TN
Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Promptly answers and screens incoming calls.
Maintains directory of names and numbers frequently called by Office Staff and a list of facility staff and their extension numbers.
Answers specified routine inquiries or refers inquiry to appropriate person.
Traces source of unknown calls for reconciliation with monthly telephone bill and notifies appropriate personnel for payment on personal calls.
Assists visitors and patients in locating services.
Types letters, memos, and other materials as requested.
Maintains conference room schedule.
Performs other related assigned duties
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent with two years experience in a similar activity.
Must convey a congenial personality and possess a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Must type 45 words per minute.
