Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Qualifications / Requirements: Regional driving capability, work schedule of 3 weeks on and 1 week off. Working up to 6 days per week. Tanker and Hazmat endorsements (or willing to obtain prior to hire). Minimum of 3 years, current tractor-trailer experience. No more than 1 citation and 0 at-fault accidents within the last 3 years. Ability to work nights and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent required. This is a safety sensitive position.
