Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center's Dietary Department has need for a full-time Food Service Worker I.
• Promotes the mission, vision and values of SPRHC.
• Wash pots/pans, as needed and keep work area clean.
• Keep Café and dining room clean and organized; removes trash as needed.
• Takes and records temperatures of all foods (hot and cold) including the deli and salad bar.
• Accurately complete customer costs for the register.
• Keeps Café food stocked, rotated and properly dated/tracked.
• Wears and maintains proper attire for working in a food preparation environment.
• Ensures completion of temperature logs accurately.
• Maintains equipment properly; reporting unsafe issues immediately.
• Perform other functions as required to fulfill the expectations of the Food Service Worker role.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED. Six months of food service experience is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen processes preferred.
