Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. Summary:
Duties include a clerical function which requires the ability to work under minimal supervision, carrying out general office duties in a fast-paced environment. Provides administrative support as directed by the department’s leadership team. Requires effective communication skills, functioning as the department’s receptionist who greets internal and external customers. Must possess the knowledge and skill to navigate complex electronic health record (EHR) and other computer systems. Demonstrates a workable knowledge of medical terminology. Maintains adequate unit supplies within the guidance of cost containment as outlined in organizational policies. Performs other clerical/non-professional services in caring for the needs of the patients, visitors, providers, and staff in the department.
