Regional Support Manager jobs in Sioux Falls, SD
Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Director of Case Manager
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Director of Case Manager to fill an opening with a critical illness recovery hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.
Daily Responsibilities for Director of Case Manager:- Utilization review compliance, discharge planning oversight, and financial management effectiveness
- Overall functioning of the department
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30/8:00 – 4:30/5:00
Required Qualifications for Director of Case Manager:
- Current licensure in a clinical or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of medical case management or similar experience
- 2 years of experience managing a case management department
