The Admissions Registrar plays a critical role in managing student records, facilitating enrollment processes, and ensuring accurate documentation. Their objective is to maintain efficient administrative procedures and support student success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Verify documents provided by recruiters for completeness and accuracy
· Create, organize and maintain an interactive spreadsheet for incoming students (updating on a daily basis)
· Guide students through the TSA process
· Send student agreements through an online portal
· Prepare detailed enrollment packets, to include legal documents required by the federal government
· Schedule and conduct arrival appointments
· Notify appropriate personnel to ensure a seamless student arrival process
· Set up user ID’s/passwords, reset passwords, and assist with issues of student account
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
· Ability to navigate the computer and online CRM style systems
· Excellent communication skills & grammar
· Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, CRM’s
· Experience working with government-regulated processes and knowledge of Visa regulations
· Understanding of various cultures and ability to communicate with non-native English speakers
· High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
· Secondary education or college admissions experience
· Bilingual
· Knowledge of the aviation industry
· Experience with “shared document” creation and use
PHYSICAL Requirements
· Must be able to climb up and down stairs, sit or stand in a stationary position for long periods of time and use close vision (computer monitor) for long periods of time
