Being a Registrar ensures that all requirements have been met prior to graduation and that diplomas are factually correct. Determines students who have achieved certain scholastic goals, such as the Dean's List. Additionally, Registrar requires a bachelor's degree. Secretary II
Position: Office Manager / Registrar
Reports to: Building Principal
Job Goal:
Perform a variety of clerical and secretarial functions in support of the office of the Principal.
Manage records for incoming and outgoing students.
Perform bookkeeping functions related to building budget, student body funds, fundraising, etc.
Greets students, staff, and parents and respond to their requests in a courteous and willing manner.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required
College Degree preferred
Prior secretarial experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be perform the below qualifications satisfactorily.
