Regulatory Affairs Director oversees regulatory matters and executes the strategy to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Develops processes and systems to ensure that all necessary licensing, filings, certifications, and permits are processed and monitored. Being a Regulatory Affairs Director establishes monitoring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with existing regulations. Anticipates new or changing regulations and coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address changes in product, operations, or testing requirements. Additionally, Regulatory Affairs Director investigates and addresses any reported issues of non-compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Regulatory Affairs Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. To be a Regulatory Affairs Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the full-time position of Sorority House Director.
This position requires the House Director to live in the house located in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The House Director is a representative of the chapter house and must possess superb managerial and communications skills and be comfortable working closely with collegiate members, alumnae, volunteers, staff and vendors/contractors. The House Director must remain focused during emergency situations and must also understand the need for discretion and maintaining confidentiality. Accessibility and approachability are a must while attention to detail and careful record-keeping are also important attributes.
House Director will perform occasional other job duties as assigned by the house corporation.

Previous experience as a fraternity/sorority house director and/or working with college students.
