Regulatory Affairs Director oversees regulatory matters and executes the strategy to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Develops processes and systems to ensure that all necessary licensing, filings, certifications, and permits are processed and monitored. Being a Regulatory Affairs Director establishes monitoring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with existing regulations. Anticipates new or changing regulations and coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address changes in product, operations, or testing requirements.     Como Regulatory Operations Specialist formarás parte del equipo de Regulatory de España y darás soporte en la Gestión de Datos de los expedientes regulatorios y de la información / comunicaciones intercambiadas con las Autoridades Regulatorias en España y del registro y archivo de los datos en las bases de datos regulatorias de Syngenta.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Preparación de los dosieres técnicos para las distintas solicitudes de autorización (nuevos productos, nuevos usos, nuevas fábricas, etc) que pueden hacer falta en relación al portfolio.
    • Etiquetado de los productos, conforme al proceso interno establecido en el que interactúan  distintos departamentos.
    • Gestión de bases de datos internas, tanto locales como europeas en lo relacionado con los proyectos, expedientes y status de los registros de productos fitosanitarios.
    • Elaboración de las Fichas de Datos de Seguridad y notificación al Instituto Nacional de Toxicología del portfolio.
    • Diseño y la implementación de los procedimientos necesarios para el desarrollo de la actividad del departamento.

    Requisitos

    • Formación: Grado en Ciencias Agrarias y Bioeconomía, Grado en Ingeniería Agrícola, Grado en Ingeniería Agroambiental, Grado en Tecnología de las Industrias Agrarias y Alimentarias... 
    • 1-2 años de experiencia laboral en ámbito afin.
    • Experiencia en gestión de datos.
    • Familiaridad con la terminología y los procesos normativos.
    • Valorable conocimiento de la clasificación de productos y de los reglamentos de autorización de comercialización.
    • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y proactividad.
    • Dominio del español y buena capacidad para utilizar el inglés en un entorno profesional internacional (nivel equivalente a B2).
