Regulatory Affairs Manager manages regulatory matters and executes the strategy to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Implements processes and systems to ensure that all necessary licensing, filings, certifications, and permits are processed and monitored. Being a Regulatory Affairs Manager utilizes established monitoring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with existing regulations. Anticipates new or changing regulations and coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address changes in product, operations, or testing requirements. Additionally, Regulatory Affairs Manager investigates and addresses any reported issues of non-compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Job Description:
· The Academic/Student Affairs Specialist will be charged with advising and enrolling of dual credit students. The individual must be able to drive and travel independently throughout Clarendon College service area. The individual will mentor and advise at-risk students. The Academic/Student Affairs Specialist will assist in accreditation and institutional research. The position will report to the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Mentor and advise at-risk students.
2. Advise and enroll dual credit students, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with school districts in the colleges service area.
3. Assist with state and federal reporting.
4. Assist with accreditation and institutional research.
5. Assist in updating and editing of college publications.
6. Assist with engagement activities and commencement.
7. Develop and implement new student orientation.
8. Use the funds of the institution allocated to the budget of the department or special projects effectively and efficiently.
9. Work on standing and ad hoc committees of the College, as assigned.
1. Support College activities and special events through attendance and/or participation.
1. Comply with all college policies, rules, and regulations.
1. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Academic Affairs and/or the President.
