The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) seeks a PROGRAM MANAGER II - FACULTY AFFAIRS to serve as system administrator for UAB PeopleAdmin, the university's cloud-based faculty recruitment system (applicant tracking system). Faculty recruitment and hiring for the entire campus is managed through this system. The system administrator is responsible for providing assistance and managing incoming requests from department users and candidates. This position reviews and approves all faculty recruitment requisitions, hiring/offer proposals from all schools, colleges, and UAB Libraries. Additionally, the position is the primary contact for department users, faculty search committees, and PeopleAdmin. This position conducts user workshops and training sessions as well as manage the system's users. New faculty onboarding is managed in UAB PeopleAdmin as well, and this position oversees that process.
(Annual Salary: $55,180 - $71,735)
