The QA Regulator is responsible for the investigation, documentation and closing out of customer/consumer complaints, creating finished product certificate of analysis, monthly and annual checks of SQF framework, working with certification bodies for additions, changes, and deletions to certified products, performs internal audits, and performs environmental swabbing.
