Minimum Position Qualifications:
Responsible for clerical and other Academic Affairs department detail; assists with preparation of catalog and evaluation materials; prepares, distributes and collects student evaluations; maintains academic course and program files; prepares materials for course, program audits, and prior learning assessments; enter data of new course sections; enters data of on-campus and dedicated site room assignments; determines room availability and assigns rooms for special activities; prepares print copy for schedules each semester; prepares weekly special activities report for distribution to various departments; processes section cancellations and notifies affected students; utilizes communication management system to maintain records for upcoming events; enters mandated grant data and generates reports; assist in record-keeping for special student populations; types and processes assigned correspondence and various Academic Affairs department records and reports; sorts and routes incoming mail; files correspondence and other records; greets visitors, ascertains nature of business and provides direction; places outgoing calls and schedules appointments; interviews, trains and supervises work study students; arranges travel schedule and reservations as needed; requisitions office supplies and printing materials; assist in record-keeping for special student populations; flexible work hours within a thirty-five (35) hour work week, Monday through Friday inclusive.
