Regulatory Affairs Specialist supports the oversight of regulatory matters and strategy implementation to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Prepares filings and tracks applications for licensing, certification, and permits and interacts with governmental officials during the regulation and certification process. Being a Regulatory Affairs Specialist monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations. Performs impact analysis of regulatory changes and produces status reports. Additionally, Regulatory Affairs Specialist participates in processes to report, investigate, and addresses any issues of non-compliance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     SCOPEManager - Regulatory Affairs
    This individual will be responsible for maintaining corporate compliance with all Regulatory systems and affairs.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManager - Regulatory Affairs
    • Interpret and apply regulations to corporate practices.
    • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures related to all relevant regulatory compliance.
    • Identify regulatory challenges and collaborate cross functionally to solve them.
    • Stay current with emerging regulatory guidance, industry standards and translate these into process improvements and best practices.
    • Actively look for ways to improve current processes within the department and across the business to gain efficiency.
    • Build skills in team members through training and mentorship.

    • Review and approve case labels and transmittals prior to production

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSManager - Regulatory Affairs
    • Master's Degree preferred.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Regulatory Compliance.
    • Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve
    • This position is an onsite position.
