Regulatory Affairs Specialist supports the oversight of regulatory matters and strategy implementation to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Prepares filings and tracks applications for licensing, certification, and permits and interacts with governmental officials during the regulation and certification process. Being a Regulatory Affairs Specialist monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations. Performs impact analysis of regulatory changes and produces status reports. Additionally, Regulatory Affairs Specialist participates in processes to report, investigate, and addresses any issues of non-compliance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Site Inspectors will visit provider locations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to collect data used to establish a company’s compliance with federal regulations. This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis with flexibility relevant to the individual’s schedule. (This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for supplemental income or part time work with flexibility.) Site Inspectors collect information on medical providers and suppliers to determine if the business is operational, meaning the provider has a location and is open to the public for the purpose of providing healthcare related services at the address given.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    · Identify and verify site per address provided

    · Take 2 to 4 pictures from a smartphone with geolocation app (app to be identified by CES)

    · Complete short questionnaire regarding the site based on what is identified to be at the address provided

    · Basic Site Visit: takes from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the ease of accessing the location and does not require contact with personnel at the location.

    Required qualifications/skills:

    · High School Diploma or equivalent

    · Reliable transportation

    · Attention to detail

    · Strong communication skills

    · Strict adherence to deadlines and privacy

    Office Equipment:

    · Smartphone (with ability to download an identified geo-location app)

    · Personal computer with high-speed internet access

    · Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License

    Other:

    · Personnel applying for the positions must pass a background check and complete an online training program prior to being assigned to inspections

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $20.93 - $25.20 per hour
