Regulatory Affairs Specialist supports the oversight of regulatory matters and strategy implementation to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Prepares filings and tracks applications for licensing, certification, and permits and interacts with governmental officials during the regulation and certification process. Being a Regulatory Affairs Specialist monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations. Performs impact analysis of regulatory changes and produces status reports. Additionally, Regulatory Affairs Specialist participates in processes to report, investigate, and addresses any issues of non-compliance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     POSITION SUMMARY : The Performance Improvement Specialist is responsible for supporting the management of multiple Performance Improvement projects from original concept through design and implementation, which are strategically focused and drive performance and financial results.

    Responsible for completing workflow and application design, completing business assessments, developing and managing detailed project work plans, and implementing solutions for projects involving Performance Improvement activities.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

    Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) with emphasis in Clinical, Business or Health Administration OR equivalent experience of at least 3 years in healthcare delivery and management, business or consulting* Experience with performance improvement methodologies and tools and / or project management

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

    Experience in health care delivery* Experience in roles where key skills of critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, relationship building and public speaking were needed
