Regulatory Relations Liaison is responsible for filing necessary applications and handling all government interactions pertaining to the regulation and certification process for a plant or other facility. Develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Being a Regulatory Relations Liaison prepares reports for top management detailing projects that may impact the organization's regulation status. May represent the organization before federal or state legislations. Additionally, Regulatory Relations Liaison requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Regulatory Relations Liaison typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Regulatory Relations Liaison typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Summary

    The primary purpose of the Parts Liaison is to support Parts Consultants and Main Shop Technicians by quickly and accurately finding, pulling and delivering parts to the correct shop technicians.

    This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the parts and service side of our business.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
    • Pulls orders to technicians
    • Maintain a weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
    • Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.

    Qualifications

    • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Have a valid drivers license
    • Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Have strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
    • Available to work Saturdays
